There's nothing quite like a sunrise on the water, a bent rod, and the excitement of landing a fish. At Lazy S Guide Service, my goal is to make every trip enjoyable, memorable, and successful, whether you're a first-time angler, a family looking for quality time together, or an experienced fisherman wanting to sharpen your skills.

I'm Captain Tommy Shelton, a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain, and I've spent a lifetime fishing the lakes, rivers, bays, and coastal waters of Texas. I love helping people catch fish, learn new techniques, and create memories that last long after the day is over.

Every trip is tailored to your experience level and goals. If you simply want to relax and catch fish, we'll do that. If you'd like to learn more about fish behavior, electronics, bait selection, seasonal patterns, and the techniques that consistently produce fish, I'm happy to share the knowledge I've gained through years on the water.

Whether we're chasing catfish on the lake or working shorelines for redfish on the coast, you'll enjoy a safe, professional, and fun experience from start to finish.

Join me on Lake Conroe, Lake Livingston, and Sam Rayburn Reservoir, where we target catfish, white bass, and striped bass.

These trips are perfect for families, groups of friends, and anglers looking to improve their skills while enjoying some of Texas' best freshwater fishing. You'll learn proven techniques, where fish relate to structure, seasonal movements, and how to locate productive areas throughout the year.
